In the gallery’s presentation, artists Olivier Foulon and Alexander Lieck continue their artistic collaboration by making a critical approach towards art and its medial forms addressing issues in painting and art itself by making the artistic processes behind the shown works visible and tangible. This interaction generates a creative tension field between Lieck’s painterly and Foulon’s conceptual position trying to explore essential questions about voids and traces in art.
