Pierre Poumet, Bordeaux & A. Romy, Zurich - Dialogue
Lou Masduraud, Angélique Aubrit and Ludovic Beillard
Galleries Pierre Poumet and A. Romy feature a series of sculptures integrated into the walls of the booth. The presentation questions the architecture of the booth itself with the double walls that are installed, allowing the visitors to the main and backstage, blurring the borders between private and public, between what is seen and what is hidden. Lou Masduraud presents works belonging to her «escape plan» series taking shape of basement windows. For Angélique Aubrit & Ludovic Beillard, they have collaborated to create several small dwelling units inhabited by moody puppets.
Together, the presentation seems to belong to a bizarre theater, in which some bodies are trapped and some escape.
