16b was founded by Angela Netchak and Lou Vegas, graphic designers and photographers based between Marseille and Paris.

They create installations, art books, fanzines, posters, T-shirts, and merchandise, taking a humorous approach

that consistently addresses social issues, political issues, and queer concerns. 16b Éditions embodies a lively spirit infused with poetry,

sarcasm, and humorous sociology.

For the 2026 edition of Art-o-rama, the 16b duo plans to infiltrate the cocktail reception, blending their intervention into the bar area.

Publicly revealing your wallet will be the condition for quenching your thirst, a way to bring the issue of money in the art world to the table.
