After the visit at Crac Sète we will have lunch at the Quai d’en Face restaurant.

The menu includes an appetizer, a main course (white fish croquettes with herbs potato mousse in siphon, lemon mayonnaise and fresh herbs or rabbit saddle with soubrossade cooked at low temperature, textures of carrots and wild herbs), a dessert (light bitter chocolate mousse, coffee mousse, gourmet ice cream and hot gourmet coulis or creamy yuzu, citrus fruits, breton shortbread and tonka bean mousse), water, coffee or tea and wine.
